SEEDS 4 TOMORROW

Planting seeds of mental health knowledge today to grow awareness and plan for a better tomorrow.

Who We Are

Seeds 4 Tomorrow is a registered Canadian nonprofit organization based in Ontario aimed at increasing mental health knowledge and awareness among citizens of Ontario to work towards reducing stigma. We believe an effective way to do this is to encourage conversations with loved ones related to mental health. We plan on engaging with different communities to educate and encourage the practices of mutual support, self care, and effective mental health management strategies in a variety of ways.
Geriatrics Project

An interactive workshop for seniors living in long-term care homes or retirement residences to learn about the effects of depression and loneliness on their well-being and the resources and practices that they can use to manage them.

Junior Project

A project that will introduce the topic of mental health and well-being to children by teaching them about the important role and impact of mental health, and equipping them with a handful of tools that they can apply in their everyday lives.

Navigating the mental health system

A “crash course” presentation to educate university students on the various mental health resources that are available to them on- and off- campus.
